Halfway thru April #RunEveryDay

Now that I'm nearly halfway through the #RunEveryDay challenge, I wanted to take a look back over  the last two weeks of running. I have been fortunate enough to remain healthy during these last 2 weeks and happy to say that I've managed at least a mile each day this month.

Seems like a straightforward challenge, right? 
SIMPLY, run 1 mile a day. Just 1. For the whole month of April. 

After all, there's only 30 days in April (not 31)...

April 1: A new start to Run Every Day

We all need motivation to keep up our running intensity and focus during the long winter months.

I came across this great challenge that I wanted to share with you. What better way to get over your winter blues than to get you outside and running every day! 




It only requires that you run 1 mile a day. 
I think that is well within our reach.
